Return Policy
själ skincare will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and must be returned in their original packaging with the själ skincare purchase receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Late Returns
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, items received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We offer faster service via Next Day Air and Second Day Air. Some methods are not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Arrival of your order depends on several factors that including your geographic location and whether UPS can service your area in a timely fashion.
